    Well, "believe" what you want; most attorneys are lousy business people (and lousy at sales) so they can't pull it off, but trust me, it works.

    So many loser attorneys try to compete as if they are WalMart, but the only way to do that is to "limit service". Keep in mind, we are not just talking about AP's, those firms (most firms) that limit their service also limit ANYTHING that happens after the case is filed beside the 341 meeting. Not all people want to be treated like Walmart customers (cheap price, but no service), even in bankruptcy. Bankruptcy is an industry like any other, but most attorneys have no idea what they are doing and in reality, most bankruptcy firms are not profitable because the attorneys really don't know how to value their service.
