My mortgage is through Capital One N.A. - I noticed on PACER this morning that Ascension Capital Group has filed a motion that all communications regarding my mortgage must go through them (court related communications - documents and etc). So far I am still able to pay my mortgage via the Capital One online payment site - it does have verbiage that states this is for voluntary payments only. Not sure if I will eventually be forced to send my payments to Ascension while I am in bankruptcy or if they are just going to handle bankruptcy documents.
