Has anyone paid less than 36months?

Has anyone had a 100% chapter 13 that was set to be paid in less than 36 months without paying off early? Our paperworks states 24 months, and we have made 13payments. We want to try to plan for the future. We had a manufactured home and the land was sold, our only way out of paying for the house was chapter 13. I have called the atty several times to see if we are really done next Sept but no return calls.

Also, we are paying 100% of unsecured, but the NDC does not have an amount posted for the manufactured home as it listed as secure. When does this get updated?

Don't have an answer for you, but I have a friend in Maryland who filed 6 months ago. She had 100K in unsecured and about 5K in secured she included in the plan (mortgage arrears). Only one of her CC filed a claim, about 10K, so she is trying to figure out what that means for her - her lawyer is hopeful that she will be done early, in about 19 months.
