I fear trouble on the horizon. Just received a letter from Washington Mutual stating that our loan has been sold to Wells Fargo. Oh I hope this isn't going to be a problem with the bankruptcy. Nothing in the letter mentions bankruptcy.
Guess I will find out next month.
Guess I will find out next month.

I tried to call this morning to check on my payment status. Seems the ditz I talked to earlier this week gave me the number for COLLECTIONS. Collections guy #1 was nice and gave me a new number to call. Well, I dug out the letter WaMu sent us, and the 800# on the letter is different from the number collections guy just gave me. So I tried the # from the WaMu letter, just didn't trust collections guy#1 for some reason. Seems it isn't the BK dept # after all. It is another collections 800. I explained what was going on to collections guy #2. He said payment was probably sitting somewhere until they figured out it needed to go to my account, and it would eventually end up there. So I called the number they gave me, and it does seem to be the BK Dept for Wells Fargo. But I can't call and find out about my payment boo boo until Monday, because wouldn't ya know it, the BK dept is closed on Saturday, and is only open from 8-8 central time during the week
