I have received a court order that indicates my POT payment total, % to unsecured creditors...etc.
Now, given my current payment, my plan should last 53 months instead of 60 months my attorney said. Lopp on to that the 900.00 the trustee got back from one of the credit card companies that I paid shortly before filing and I'm closer to 51 months.
Did I win the lottery here, get an early Christmas present or has others experienced paybacks of less than 60 months?
Has anybody else had there period of time decrease when preferential payments are paid back by the credit cards?
