    Congrats, GUINV!!

So glad you got a "manageable" Plan Payment!!

Odd tho, that PACER shows nothing still.

But, our paralegal told us if nothing happens by the end of our Discharge Day, we probably won't hear a peep from the Court either. She said typically, if there aren't any Objections or Extensions by the Discharge Date, nothing happens. Then ONE WEEK later, at midnight, the Court computer auto generates a Letter of Discharge.

Maybe in your Court,......... The Judge signs off, and then the Clerk of the Court mails out notification to all interested parties. Could be the Trustee's Office got the Letter at about the same time you did. Then the Trustee's office has to scan the Letter of Confirmation into the ECF System. Maybe??!!

Who cares??!! You got a good plan!!

Congratulations, and your thread provided many interesting post related to procedures for confirmation of the chapter 13 plan.

From the Western District of Missouri...and perhaps I'm wrong, but I think I knew my plan was confirmed by the judge before my attorney (I looked at pacer regulary). I know I didn't even know when the confirmation hearing was.
