    You will need to include the 1099's on your taxes but you will also need to file IRS Form 982 which is where you remove the 1099 amounts from your taxes due to being the 1099 amounts being included in a bankruptcy.

    Hope that makes sense... I have filed Form 982 for 2 years because of a few 1099's I had received.
