I just mailed my federal and state tax returns to my trustee today after calling his office. My account administrator infromed me that the $$$ from the returns will not be applied against the unpaid % of the plan. In fact, the amount will be added to the plan payments and will eliminate payments at the end. Thus I probably just knocked 3 payments off of my Chapter 13 plan
