I would like to look at other filers schedule J on Pacer to see what has been allowed for different expenses by our trustee. Can anyone give advice on how to refine that type of search so I don't get 100's or 1000's of pages at 8 cents per page? Thank you all,I have been learning a lot here from your experiences.

If you've Consulted around with attnys, you might know the Ch 13 Trustees' names for your Court. Maybe search the youngest or least tenured one by name. That will yield the least cases. And see what that Trustee is allowing.
When you search by Trustee, you get all the cases that Trustee has presided over. Chances are, a Trustee new to the job, is being guided by the older, more experienced Trustees in the Court. Cases filed more than 2-3 months ago should be close to, if not already, Confirmed. You'll get an idea from the Confirmed cases what's being allowed.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06
Discharged - 12/2006
Officially Declared No Asset - 03/2007
Closed - 04/2007

Thank you for your reply Sinkingfast.I know the trustee's name from several objections he has filed.I can find open cases he has and ones he's confirmed. But I am having trouble finding copies of peoples schedule J.Even on cases where the 22C form has Disposable income is not determined under 1325(b)(3) checked at the top.If thats the case don't they us I and J ?Seems like they should be there if thats what determines expenses.
