Ohh, lookit, we are running a race to see who finishes first. Bet you will win . Although my trustee website says 3 months left... well the payment made today was exactly half of what it shows we owe in our plan base, so theoretically August 1st will finish us up, but.......
Our lawyer misrepresented things just a tad. She said that the part of our van that was upside down wouldn't have to be paid, it has been paid.
We signed a surrender on our ATV. She said Kawasaki would repo it, sell it and we would only have to pay what they werent able to get at auction, but it would be less than what we owed. They never came and got it. Be damned they better not now. We have been paying on it since the secureds were paid off.
So neither of these showed in the plan base.
Trustee website shows that we still owe 5100 after today, even though our plan base shows that we owe 1177. They never updated the plan base at all through the 3 years. Guess I can hope that they aren't going to hold me to the one amendment we made, but deep down I know that I still have 5 months or so to go.
