chapter 13 filed in april 2006 and have been making regular payments, had checking account with boa but cleared any monies in it back when filing, did not formally close account but have not used it nor had any activity since april 2006, now have received call from 3 rd party collection seems that back has been charging service charges since april 2006, total now approximately 200,00, am i obligated to pay these charges
