    Hello All,
    I have a question. I contacted the 3 credit reporting agencies in regards to them not reflecting in BK13. I just got an updated credit report from TU stating that they have completed my further investigations and have deleted my Countrywide Mortgage. Now the question.

    Is this a good thing or a not so good thing?

    You didn't say if your Countrywide Mortgage was being paid off in the Chapter 13? If so you really need this creditor reporting good payments.....

      All I was trying to do is to get the CBR's to report accurately. Trans Union was reporting as in collections and FC proceedings initiated rather than inlcuded in BK13.

      So this is not a good thing? Any advice?
