Surrendering Car... when?

I filed Chpt 13 about a month ago, and told my old bank that they can come get my van at any time. To date, they have neither picked it up nor filed a claim.

I'm sure they will file a claim so I'm not concerned about that, but should I be taking it to the bank (about 1000 miles from where I now live), or wait for them to come get it?

Also, for Chpt 7 filers there is Form 8 - Statement of Intention - where a person puts what they intend to do with secured items. Is there anything like this for Chpt 13 filers? I'm doing this Pro Se.
