Pacer updates in real-time (granted if you are logged in constantly, you will need to "refesh" your page), but PACER is essentially a real-time system.
Why don't you tell us what you are waiting for and perhaps we can give you a heads up about how long it realistically takes to post.Last edited by HHM; 10-04-2007, 08:07 PM.

snort. I don't even wanna think about MY pacer bill this month. I have even been logging in at work on breaks to check. But that magical stop wage garnishement finally showed up last week. I printed it off and faxed to payroll. Just in time to get the deductions stopped for this paycheck. Another day later and it would have been too late, so if I had waited on the mail........ I wouldn't have had my first real paycheck in 3 years today. Man it felt good to actually have money left over after the bills. Hubby was the recipient of a new recliner, the old one having died at Christmas time.Originally posted by wayne-o View Postprobably dont need to...put Im waiting for a magic phrase to appear and am getting kinda anxious.

Each time I did anything involving my petition, it showed up the next business day. My documentation of the 341 meeting was posted the same day. Each time I made a payment, it posted the next business day. So on average, each time there was any activity generated either by me or the courts, it was usually there 2 to 3 days later on Pacer.Originally posted by wayne-o View Postdoes anyone know how often pacer updates? continuously or once daily?

Just remember, once you log into Pacer, it can become expensive checking and looking. They charge 8 cents for anything you open wether you look at it or look and print, you are charged anyway. Just remember to file all paperwork when you are supposed to once you get started. Keep up with all dates and make sure you get the lawyer whatever he ask for.

Ok, if you were in a chapter 13, it can take anywhere from 2-5 months from the date of your final payment for the trustee to audit, discharge, and close your case.Originally posted by wayne-o View Postim waiting for the orders that its closed...discharged....order to stop payroll deduction. Ive passed 36 months paid more than the plan base and they are still deducting. I got a letter from the trustee that said most of these things would happen in october.
