Payday Loans in 13

I am getting ready to file a Chapter 13 in the upcoming month. I have 2 Payday advances from online comanies. One is 580 and the other 880. Can I include this in my Chapter 13 and how do I get them to not take the money right out of my account. Do I have to close the checking account and open a new one? Please help

1. Yes, you can/must include them in your chapter 13
2. Once you file BK, they are supposed to stop withdrawing the money because of the automatic stay...but if you want them to stop "before" you file, then you will have to open a new checking account.

Open up a new account to be safe. Once they withdraw, you will never get it back. I placed a stop payment. They knew we filed so never sent in the check. Soo, after the first chapter 13 was dismissed, they walked into the bank and cashed the check. That is how I found out stop pays are only good for 6 months and because they never submitted it the check wasn't stamped payment stop. Close the account to be safe.
