    Cell Phone and Cable

Does anyone know if you include your cell phone bill and your cable bill, if they can disconnect your service? I'm only one month behind, so I don't know if I should or not. I don't want my services to get disconnected. I called the cable company and I couldn't understand what they were saying.

    Hi,
Not sure about cable and cell phones -- but I was behind in my electric and gas service, and my lawyer told me to keep that outside the plan, and not include the arrears in my claims, because they would make me pay a big deposit.

Not sure if that would hold true for cell phones and cable.

If you burn your bridges on everyday things
you know you need, they are not obligated to
do business with you, will they or not, i have no idea.

you are asking for them to take a hit, then continue
to do business with them next month as usual...

You should of stopped paying your credit cards by now and should catch up your utility bills with that excess money, since you'll need your heat and lights.

I am doing what everyone listed, I just wasn't sure if I needed to list them on my schedules or not. I called cable company and us cellular, I'm fine with both of them. Actually, not even behind like I thought I was.

What about business vs. personal utility bills. My closed business electric bill is 5x's the amount of my home bill. I can't afford to pay the business bill because it is approx. $1700. Do you think they will make me pay a huge deposit if I move, even if my home electric has always been current? The business bill was in my name as well as the business.

If it is with the same utility, they may cross reference each other and you may have an issue. But then again, maybe they won't.

I bk'd a mtg loan and they did not cancel the credit card I got the same time they pulled my credit for the loan. Imagine that........
