    341 Meeting tomorrow. help.

We go for our 341 meeting tomorrow and I am really nervous. We gave all of our paperwork to our attorney. Such as pay-stubs, copy of car registration, tax returns, etc. The problem is I did not have our 2005 return with everything else. I know I just had that stupid thing out because I had to send a copy to the city. (they said we had not paid that year and we had). I cannot find that stupid thing anywhere......... What will happen tomorrow when I still don't have it? Also Countrywide has upped our payment for the next year to cover taxes. They have raised it $85 a month. Is it to late to adjust our budget plan? We are at 100% payback over 40 months. My mother-in-law was a co-signer with our line of credit from the credit union. She paid off the loan a few weeks ago. Is that going to hurt us? That is almost 4 months of trustee payments there which would knock us down to 36 months. Also our attorney sent us a letter with a contact number for a "financial management" class. I thought after the credit counceling we didn't take another class until it was time for our bankruptcy to be dismissed. I am confused. Please help me.

Let your attorney know about Countrywide upping the taxes on your home...... they can adjust your payment plan accordingly.
If you can't find your tax papers they need and they ask for them you'll have to have copies faxed too them from IRS. Simple phone call can take care of that if need be.

Calm down, 341 meeting is painless, and will be over so quick and you will be so surprised and relieved.

Let us know how it goes when you get back.

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
