in ch 13 and have a judgement filed. can they come and take anything if im 9 mo into the plan? everything has been confirmed and i have been already at the meetings. can the magistrate do anything or can this company not touch anything seeing i am currently in ch 13? what can and will happen? should i just tell them i filed ch 13?
