    overtime

    once you file is the overtime noted. i work as an instructor and going in early to set things up is a normal thing. i would hate to loose it and i cant really turn it down.

    Do you always have the same amount on your check? If so, then it is showing already in your pay stubs, and will be taken into account.
    As to varied OT, my lawyer told me that as long as it wasn't consistently over a certain amount, I think she told me 15 hours a payperiod, then the trustee wouldn't try to up our payment. I work a job that entails call out and OT. Some paychecks I have been know to have 30 hours of OT for 2 weeks. Other checks may have 0-5 hours. My trustee never said a word.
    Ask your lawyer to make sure, but I bet you are OK.
