When the wage release was filed last part of September, Trustee also filed a motion that we were to take back over student loan, effective November 1st, and they would make the October payment. Then just a few days into October they amended that to read that we were responsible for the October payment. I immediately got on the phone with my student loan people and found out where to mail the payment as I hadn't received a statement and it was always due by the 10th pre bk. This month, still haven't received a statement, so sent them another payment for November. Just today I log onto the trustee website to see if they had refunded my final payment yet. They had posted the check to us, but it wasn't for the full amount. They also paid a student loan payment for me 
So I am actually a payment ahead, if they look at it like that. Can't wait to get that puppy paid off. Then I will just have my mortgage to tend to, and the regular bills. We have been trying to catch up on some of the neglected things since getting my paycheck back. I even did a bit of Christmas shopping with no guilt or worry about having to go without groceries or pay the light bill late. And am looking forward to a new computer after the first of the year. My old one doesn't have sound anymore, system check says sound card is still working, but we have tried plugging in external speakers and head phones, nothing works.
