HELP- couple of questions

1- what happens if you start making less money than when you started?.. I know they will do a modification, but how does that work
we have been it almost 3 years- with 2 to go can they redo it taking out what we have already paid in? thus reducing my monthly payments?

2. can you get food stamps while in a bankruptcy???
