Searching for new job

Hello everyone.....

I filed for ch 13 about 3 months ago, still waiting for plan to be confirmed. This should happen sometime in December. I am going to start to look for a new job that I would be happier doing. Right now I really hate my job. I have not yet asked my attorney about this. Anyway, what happens if I find a job within the next month that I really want and it pays less?? Obviously my disposable income will go down. So, would the courts adjust my monthly payment according to my new disposable income?? I won't get a job that is below the median income, so I couldn't convert to a 7. Thank you in advance for your help.

Right now I have about $850 in disposable income, which is being paid to the trustee. I am not (and was not) in arrears on secured debt.
