If you file chp 13, I know the judgement shows for 7 years, but does the creditors have to show IIB or say for instance it takes the trustee 60 days to disburse the original funds, can the creditor report over 60 days past due. My old employer whom is also one of my creditors stated that they will continue to report the manner of payments to come. So If the trustee takes 30-60 days to make disbursements then they would report each month that I was 30-60 days past due. I was current with them up to the filing date, but I thought I read somewhere in the forum that they can only report IIB, they can not report upcoming lates (if it happens to go late) since the debt is now IIB. Is this true and if so can anyone tell me where you found this info so I can share with them.

Search CreditBoards.com. I can't recommend them enough.
From what I understand, your creditors need to show that status of your account at the time of filing. If you were on time, they need to show on time.
If I am wrong, someone correct me please. I'd like to know I'm dispensing correct information.

If you were current with the credit when you filed then he cannot put late pays etc on your credit report just because the Trustee pays him when he wants too......
Also the creditor must list it as IIB or Chapter 13
If you were current and they started saying 60-90 days late......dispute it.....Minny

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
