I surrendered my trailblazer and now they just called my attorney and said there was damage. My front bumper was broken and I had a flat tire, spare tire was on. My attorney's assistant called to see if I had insurance on it at the time and I said yes. I did. I just didn't get it fixed because I never had the deductible. Total damage was like $1000.00. Is this something I have to worry about? She said she didn't think so, but left me hanging. Can they file a claim with my insurance company and charge me the deductible?
