OK,
So here is the story. My mortgage company filed for a relief of stay. They stated I had not paid my mortgage for 7 month. I saw it on pacer and called my attorney who had not recieved the letter at that time. Well, after getting copies off all of my payments and sending them to the mortgage company I found I missed my first mortgage after the Bankruptcy. ( my stupidity thinking it wasn't due that month ) Well to make a long story short I am basically $1300 dollars ( 1 month ) behind on the mortgage. My attorney is trying to get the mortgage company to roll it in the BK which he thinks they will since it is only 1 month and they lost all of the records.
All I know is that the one good thing that is coming out of this is that if I really wanted to say the heck with it all I could live in my house for 6 months without making a payment before they would even try to get a ROS and then another almost year before it was sold out from under me. Wow 1300 per month for 18 months.
Oh well only a few months shy of my first year in debtors prison.
