How are you notified of 341?

Hi all,

We filed on December 20th. Still no notice of a 341 date. How are you usually notified? Does your attorney notify you or do you receive some sort of notification via mail?? Thanks so much for your help!

We got ours in the mail, plus we already knew before the mail came because I checked PACER. You should have gotten something by now. I would call your atty.

Thanks! I checked with my Lawyer today and our 341 is scheduled for 2/6 at 1:30. She had received electronic notification, but no letter yet...said they must be backed up.

I'm glad I checked. Wish me luck
