A friend filed a chapter 13 in November, but didn't do anything with it and it was dismissed. When can she file again?

The friend will have to wait 180 days from when the motion to dismiss was ordered. However, there could also be an objection when they refile. See the following I got from a lawyer's website:
"If you dismiss your case with the intention of filing another case to frustrate creditors, the creditors may seek dismissal of your new case and take other actions to prevent you from filing in the future."Filed CH 13 September 17, 2007
