I just looked at our Chp 13 Datacenter account to see if any payments have been made yet (we filed in May and confirmed in November but the trustee has yet to pay anyone) and I noticed that our status has changed from "open" to "eligible for audit".
I immediately went to Pacer and didn't see anything has changed. Does anyone know what this means? Are "we" going to be audited, or does it mean they are going to do an audit of our claims? I don't think the information that is listed on our data center account is the same as what is in Pacer.
