I am currently in ch 13 and have missed 5 payments, I have alot of assets around 750k? Mostly all are in the biz name INC biz. I filed ch 13 under my name and a DBA name NOT the INC.
Have any of you business owners done this before? Missed 5 payments and then they send you a dismiisal of prejudice? I am very scared as I do not want my ch 13 plan to be dismissed... I have only around 5k of business debt on my plan, and the rest is personal. If I went to a ch 7 would I loose my assets even though the biz is INC?
