How to I list Short Sale on Chapter 7

My house just sold 2 weeks ago on short sale. How will I list this loss on my Chapter 7. Also, I suppose that next year I will have to pay taxes on the short sale.

Please let me know quickly.. I am filing within the next 2 weeks.

I cannot answer how you list the short sale but if you are filing BK, you will not owe any tax on the deficiency because you are insolvent in the eyes of the IRS.
