How old does a c.c. have to be

I got a new c.c. about 4 months ago and transferred a balance to it for o%. Can i still file a 13 against that card? Thanks

There is no "time limit" on a credit card in determining the validity of filing a chapter 13 bk. What could raise some attention is if you took that new card and run up additional debt on items like a vacation, new TV, etc. If you only transferred your balance from another card to take advantage of the lower rate, and have not incurred new debt on any cc buying frivolous purchases, it is a non issue.
