I was wondering the same thing. LOL -
Well, my attorney has the flu and his secretary said that when he comes in, he'll probably call me to get my story. He hasn't even gotten a formal letter yet from the court. I just see the objection filed on PACER. I know he has 30 days to file an answer so if he doesn't call me and something happens, it's on HIM and he can pay them back! LOL
