    Trustee Commission

    Hi all
    When I checked my website this morning I noticed that the trustee's commission jumped from 7% to 10%.

    Has anyone had this happen?

    Our trustee announces his "fee" for the year every October. Yours probably does it on the calander year. 10 percent, wow. Mine only charges 4.

        Mine has changed twice in the 9 months I've been in Chp 13. It's not as high at 10% though, it just went from 4.?% to 5.8%. Not sure what has caused it to change twice already though.

          It appears that mine is 8.8%. My payment to him has remained the same for the past 33 months.

            I am lucky, my trustee fees went down to 2.7%!
