CH 13 Meeting

Got a hearing coming up. CH 13 hearing. They asked for my arrears to be caught up, follow up with a hearing, will they dismiss my case because i had arrears but now they are caught up? What is going to happen? Should I have anything to worry about.... I got all my arrears caught up and all current.

you should be fine. Go to the hearing and explain how you got behind (winter/low business) and how you will plan ahead for next winter. But you should be fine. Just make sure you attend the hearing!
