Today is the day Wife said I have to go!
Today is our hearing and I will be glad when I can get it over with. Been worried bout it quite intense had to see doc to help with stress and anxiety not a fun feeling...... I will be happy to get past this hurdle and into the plan making my payments so I can get back on track Wish me luck!

Had 341 got it down now... Got to get my 2007 taxes filed and done, got to give back my truck as trustee felt its to much debt to carry in outside of plan and should be good to go made first payment sending second one this week just to be safe and ahead and i am feeling less stress now. Yea was $945 payment on a 2006 Super Duty Diesel Truck
balance was owed was 45k I was upside down and with cost of diesel I decided its not worth it to fight as my attorney said we could but he said I can get something with good gas milage under18k and the court would let me get Chapt 13 finance so the new vehicle I pick is in the plan at payment of 350 ish
So not bad deal.... I got some liquid cash I can toss in and pick up something
but have no clue what I want.... I am tinkering now on ebay motors looking for something I would like to have
