Anyone live in Northern VA?

I was just wondering what the expereince has been with the trustee. My attorney says that the current one is retirering in Sept. He says I should file before he retires because he doesn't know who will be taking over. I have to wait till July because of charges to the cards along with saving enough money to pay the 3k for the attorney.
