monthly expenses you can claim in a 13

Does anyone have a quick reference guide, monthly or yearly expenses you can claim in a ch 13? I`m 17 months into a 13 and I have to send my annual expenses along with my tax refund to the trustee. My income increased substantially due to alot of un foreseen overtime. My lawyer is working up a new yearly expense report for me to turn in,and I`m looking for ideas to cover the extra income so my monthly payment doesn`t go up. Thanks in advance!!

    Ideas...?????

The question is simple, what did you spend your money on? That is something no one here on this forum can help you with, we can't read your mind and figure out what you spent your money on.

Great answer moderator! *eyes rolling* Your lawyer will know what will fly and what wont. He will tell you what areas you can pad and what the trustee avgs.

If you are trying to make up some expenses, I wouldn't do it. You should know what you have spent or not spent. And if you knew that your payment would go up, why did you do O/T?

I would start by looking up cases in your district in pacer and see what other people have gotten approved. One of the best things about having a seasoned attorney do my 13 was that they had a pretty good idea of what were allowable expenses and amounts.
