Another post got me to thinking. Does the end audit include everything that was paid outside the plan? Or is it an audit of just what the trustee was paying on. We have had no issues yet, but we're only 1 year into a 5-year plan. Not that I'm planning on any problems, but 4 years is a long way off. I just want to make it as easy on us as I can.

Had 2 creditors filed for secure debt - per confirmation order , agreed to pay them reserving rights to contest etc. My lawyer say pay - I did. Sent copies to lawyer & trustee. Trustee records showing both debts were also paid under the plan. Should I expect a 'refund' from the Trustee at end of BK?Originally posted by HHM View Post
