I am 2 months late on my second mortgage, a total of $640.38, and then $320.19 for May. They have filed a motion for relief from stay. I've tried calling the attorney, he won't talk to me. Called Saxon Mortgage, they said if I sent full payment for the 3 months immediately, it would PROBABLY stop the process. I've sent my attorney email, haven't heard back. The motion stated they wanted to do a forced liquidation sale of my house, I'm only technically $640.38 behind and then their is $640.38 of arrears included in my plan. I asked if they'd work with me, they said NOPE. With the market the way it is, why would they want to foreclose on me for $640.38. I told them I could pay half tomorrow and half in 2 weeks, it'd be complete before the end of the month. I'm freaking out! Do you guys think I'm going to lose my house if I pay it this month? Any advise would be great! My mother in law said she would lend it to me, but she won't have it for 2 weeks from tomorrow. Any suggestions?
