Surrendering home in CH. 13- is this foreclosure?

Hi Sorry for all of the questions.... we are just so confused and worried.

Please help if you can...

We will be surrendering our primary residence and our second home in our CH. 13 filing. Will this be a Ch. 13 on our credit report and also 2 foreclosures?

The loans and title are in my husbands name alone and the second home was purchased before we were married. Will the foreclosures show up on my credit report as well.

Yes these will be foreclosures. The bankruptcy and the foreclosures will show up on your credit report.

That's not what I have read on this forum. My understanding is that if you are surrendering your property as part of the BK, it should just be listed as "IIB" (included in BK). If you were to be foreclosed on prior to filing BK, then both would show up.
