Dissmissed case what to do now?

Is there some agency you can go to to complain? There must be.

I think the main problem is communications were done verbally instead of in writing, is that right?

You would think there is a way to fix this.

Yes it was all verbally. I knew as soon as I got off the phone with them that I should have told them I want that in writing stupid me. Know we are in the sit and wait it out game. I have been looking for another lawyer to help me with this case. But the dismissal should in be reinstated due to my stupid lawyer mix up. Can't they get in trouble for things like this? I have a feeling that they have not even came clean with the trustee about this and told them that it was there fault. Because I have a feeling that if they knew that, that everything would be fixed. hopefully things work out right but you know no thing works out. Thanks again
