Just another 341

Had my 341 meeting this morning and glad to say it would put everybody to sleep. Open suite which was packed, but trustee took an average of 5 minutes. I was out of there 30 mins after the trustee started taking cases. Only question beyond the standard 10 asked of me was why a bill due to the IRS and I explained because of increased allowances on W-4 to get more money each paycheck. Lawyer said to bring declarations of insurance and checking accounts but Trustee didn't ask for any of that. So now its on to the confirmation!!

You will probably do fine. If you read some of the other threads here about the 341, you will see that for the vast majority, everything runs smoothly.

Thanks for posting your experience...we are just begining the bk13 process, gathering info, etc., so I hope ours goes as smoothly!

Read as much as you can up in here, stay on top of things with your lawyer, and never assume anyone cares about your bk as much as you do, and the percentages say it will be fine.
