    Filed 05/02; 341 meeting 06/18; confirmed 07/01

    WHOOOAAAA!!!! Congrats!!!!

Do you mind a few questions?
3 year plan huh? Are you at a 100% payback? How close to the plan that you and your attorney submitted what was accepted by the trustee?

Sorry about so many questions, I am ready to file (Aug) and I am filling out my expense plan and I'm soooooo nervous the trustee will reject it!!!!!!

The unsecured creditors are getting very little. I do not know the exact percentage, but my guess is around 10%. The majority is to go to taxes. One creditor filed an objection to confirmation (mortgage company wanted some fees included) so one amendment was made, which my attorney informed the Trustee we would do at the 341 meeting. Once that was done, the attorney representing the mortgage company said he would withdraw his objection - thus the court confirmed.
