    More Colorado CH13 Questions...

Are there restrictions on personal property like jewelry, clothing, electronics, etc like on CH7?

I read that you won't lose any property if you go CH13. Is that true?

Should I start dumping stuff on eBay? Will they actually come to my house to see what I have?

Yes, its true. In chapter 13, you don't "lose" the asset, but if any asset is worth more than the exemption amount, your chapter 13 plan must pay at least the value of that non-exempt equity.

The only asset of consequence in a chapter 13 is your disposable income.
