    Last Payment Going In

    My last payment on Chapter 13 is being sent into the Trustee. I can't thank the members of this forum enough for all the information and support they have provided. To all of you who are just starting out - hang in there. There is light at the end of the tunnel and though it is a hard road, you can make it. We are so looking forward to having a full paycheck again. And to the forum itself, thanks for wishing me a happy birthday. This is the best birthday ever!!

      Congratulations and best of luck to you. We are just starting out and this is a nightmare. I can't imagine the next five years like this. It was good to see a success story. It couldn't have come at a better time. Thanks for posting.

            Congrats!!! We are just starting this long road in ch 13, so I can't wait until we can write the same thing in 4 1/2 years!

              Congratulations.
              There were a record number of people who filed OLD LAW in Oct, 2005.
              I am curious to see how long our discharges will take.

                  We're on the home stretch as well ... July 29 and August 29 payments remaining. The past three years have gone by quickly.
