Filed July 14th! I'm on my way!

Hey everyone thank you very much for all the information I have received the last few months or so with this forum. I filed my CH 13 yesterday, and I'm happy to note my payment is just under $350 a month. That includes my car, taxes, and unsecured debt. I feel so much better now that I have signed my paperwork. I'm awaiting my case number still though.

I had my old CU call me just now and asked me about my account, I didn't have my case # yet, but I told her I signed my bankruptcy paperwork yesterday. She asked for my attorneys name and number, and she wants me to call and give her the case #. I hope I made a right move by giving her the info than.

What's a CU? Credit Union?

hopefully you don't bank there anymore. If you do, get thee to another bank account quick and open one up.

First, congratulations on filing!!! Have you been confirmed yet or had any trustee objections? I'm filing next month and I am so nervous what the payment will be!

I havent' been confirmed yet nor have I had my 341 yet. I'm pretty confident all of this is going to work out greatly.
