budget question-update
The other day I posted a question pertaining to how much room you guys had to move in your budget after bills were paid. I had very little compared to alot of you. Well I looked back over my paperwork again (when we signed them the forms were blank and they went back in and plugged the numbers). Well it looks as if they did not include my $632 a month for daycare or our $180 per month health insurance. The trustee has already objected to the plan and we have a hearing on that set the 29th of this month. So hopefully it will all be cleared up and my prayers will be answered with a lower BK payment. Has anyone ever had that situation come up? I know alot of you have had it raised, but anyone ever get it lowered? I called the atty as soon as I noticed it and paralegal said she would look it over and get back to me. That was yesterday afternoon, I don't expect to hear from them today as I know I am not the only client who needs something. I will be patient and wait until Friday and call her if I haven't heard anything. Will post an update as soon as I know.

don't wait too long though. Those amendment papers need to be filed so it can be addressed at your hearing. -
Yeah I know. I want this thing resolved as soon as possible so I can get it behind me. Once it's confirmed we shouldn't have any more issues as long as we make our payments on time.....right?Originally posted by rrockinggramma View PostComment
