    Confirmation Hearing

    I am attending my confirmation hearing on Thursday. My time slot is at 8:30 am along with 50 or so other parties. Anyone know how long I should plan on being there and is there anything I need to bring. I am confused as to why I even need to be there. My paralegal told me even before the 341 meeting to plan on attending.

    I think I would call and ask again if I really needed to be at the confirmation hearing.
    But I have no idea how long to plan to be there, if you do have to go.

      i would check again. my attorney said i would only need to be at the 341 hearing. They would be at the others and i would not be needed
