the key here is the determination of prepetition and post petition debt. You lived in the apartment and they were listed as an exec contract/lease and not as a creditor per say. So I think you owe them the money on this one but I don't think they can collect it until after your discharge. However it would be worth a trip down to the court to find out. Take your chapter 13 paperwork with you. (Hopefully you went or are going to the court date). Then you will have to let the court know that after your discharge you could make payment arrangements. And then in May of 2009, I would convert to a chapter 7 if you can, include them, and be done. GL
