    Do student loans count as part of your disposable income? Are they used as any income?

    Can't see how new debt (in the form of a student loan) can be considered income. So I believe the answer to your question is no.

    Plan Modified July 8, 2009 from $1100/month to $400/month due to change in income, finally discharged in July of 2013!
